What Speechy learned
When you correct Speechy's voice actions on your Mac, it learns: a misheard name you fix becomes that app's name, and an app you keep taking back waits for the end of your sentence before it opens. Settings, Personalize, Voice actions, What Speechy learned shows how many of each it knows, on this Mac only. Forget clears them all.
