Compose sign-off
Start a dictation with “draft”, “compose” or “write an email” and Speechy writes the message for you on your Mac instead of typing your words as said. Compose sign-off is the name it signs those drafts with: set it in Settings, Personalize, Compose sign-off. Drafting needs Smart Polish with Apple Intelligence or Qwen 3 4B.
How to use Compose sign-off
Add your name
In Settings, Personalize, type it in Compose sign-off.
Start with “draft”
Say “draft an email to Sarah saying…” and what it's about.
It's written for you
Speechy writes the message for the app you're in and signs it.

“write a commit message for fixing the login redirect”

Questions

Drafting needs Smart Polish with Apple Intelligence or Qwen 3 4B. With S1-mini or polish off, the words go in as a normal dictation.
